Family Spa
Polynesian Spa is one of New Zealand’s oldest international spas and is a great place to come and have a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing and activities. Great place to come in the winter and the Family Spa allows you and your family to have some bonding time whilst soaking in the thermal waters.
The Family spa consists of large chlorinated freshwater pool, and two shallow hot mineral pools for all to enjoy. There is even a small hydro slide!
Adult Pools & Priest Spa
Polynesian Spa is one of New Zealand’s oldest international spas and is a great place to come and have a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing and activities. Polynesian Spa is recognised as one of the World Top Ten Spas (natural, thermal, medical) by UK Conde Nast Traveller Magazine.
For adults only bathing we recommend the Adult Pools & Priest Spa. This is Polynesian Spa’s largest bathing area, with two different types of mineral water, and no children guaranteed.
Deluxe Lake Spa Retreat

If you are after the ultimate indulgence, choose the Lake Spa, set amongst native New Zealand flora and overlooking Lake Rotorua. This area offers quiet relaxed bathing.
Private Standard Pool

For the ultimate privacy we recommend the Private Pools. Relax in the privacy of one of 13 hot mineral rock pools. At 38.5 degrees these pools provide quiet seclusion. The pools are filled with soothing alkaline mineral water leaving your skin soft and supple. Pools are available for 30 minutes hire for a minimum of two adults. Conveniently, each pool has a heated changing room and a shower.
